We cannot believe it's that time of year again. Yes, it's Diwali time again. Not long to go now before we see those Diwali celebration festivities.

It's that time of year when families get together and celebrate with a humongous amount of colour and joy. The Diwali festival is an incredibly happy and joyous occasion where you can practically reach out and touch the warmth and love associated with Diwali. BBC

Diwali is an important festival in Hinduism, Jainism and Sikhism. India being a multicultural and diverse country, everyone has their own way of celebrating Diwali.

Diwali gifts for friends and Diwali gifts for family are seen by many to be part of Diwali celebrations with colourful Diwali decorations lighting up homes and offices.

According to the ancient Hindu calendar, Diwali is observed annually on Amavasya, the fifteenth day of the month of Kartik. The Festival of Lights will be celebrated on Friday, November 1st, 2024. National Geographic Kids

However you decide to celebrate Diwali, we hope you have a wonderful time and enjoy yourself to the fullest.
