CARRIAGE COSTS:

Royal Mail Free on all orders over £50.00           (2 to 4 days)

Royal Mail £4.00 on all orders under £50.00         (2 to 4 days)

Royal Mail £9.95 for Special Delivery                  (next day except weekends)

Delivery cost for more bulkier items will be displayed on the check out page.

Team Big Green Apple aims to dispatch all orders received by 12.00 noon on the same day Monday to Friday.

In the unlikely event that your delivery is not sent out on the same day, all orders are dispatched regardless within 24 to 48 hours Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

All orders are checked, securely packed and dispatched via Royal Mail and other delivery partners.

Big Green Apple only uses recycled materials for all our packaging.

Occasionally, on rare occasions where this is not possible, we may need to use alternative source of packaging.
