Our Values

Care & Keeping

Keep your jute rug looking its best with gentle care. Vacuum regularly using a suitable setting, taking care not to catch or pull the braided fibres.

For small spills, blot promptly with a clean, slightly damp cloth rather than rubbing. Avoid soaking the rug, machine washing or using harsh cleaning products, as excess moisture can affect natural jute fibres.

Allow the rug to dry completely and naturally if it becomes damp. Keep it indoors and away from prolonged moisture.

As a handmade natural-fibre piece, slight variations in texture, colour and weave may occur. These natural differences are part of its individual character.
